Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Fincentive.One Platform provided by Prowessca Technology Solutions (OPC) Private Limited (“Prowessca”). By subscribing to a paid plan you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
1. Free trial
Every new account receives a 15-day free trial with full access to the Platform. No payment is collected during the trial. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will automatically move to read-only mode; no fees are charged.
2. Subscription fees
Subscription fees for Core, Pro and Growth plans are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the cycle you select at checkout. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Invoices are emailed to you within 24 hours of each successful payment.
3. 7-day money-back guarantee (first-time subscribers)
If you are a first-time paid subscriber and you are not satisfied with the Platform, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid charge, provided you have not materially breached the Terms of Service. To request a refund, write to billing@fincentive.one from the email address registered on your account, stating the reason. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellation of recurring subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Hub → Billing, or by writing to billing@fincentive.one. On cancellation:
- Monthly plans: access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the current cycle.
- Annual plans (after the 7-day window): access continues until the end of the annual term. Pro-rata refunds for the unused portion are at Prowessca's sole discretion and are only granted in exceptional circumstances (e.g. extended platform unavailability attributable to us).
5. Non-refundable items
The following are not refundable:
- Individual a-la-carte AI agent packs already consumed.
- Third-party verification fees (Aadhaar e-sign, penny-drop, PAN validation, etc.) already incurred.
- One-time onboarding, migration or training fees once the engagement has commenced.
- Subscriptions cancelled for breach of the Terms of Service.
- Amounts already remitted to statutory authorities (e.g. GST).
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If you are charged twice for the same subscription cycle, or you see a failed payment deducted from your account, write to us within 30 days at billing@fincentive.one with the payment reference. We will verify with our payment partners (Razorpay / Setu) and refund the duplicate amount in full within 7–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first for any payment dispute; we will always try to resolve issues directly. Initiating a chargeback without first reaching out to us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.
8. Taxes
All refunds are net of applicable taxes. GST already remitted to the Government is not recoverable and will not be included in refund amounts, except where mandated by the GST Act and its rules.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
